You can use this juicer to juice just about anything, including ginger, potatoes and carrots. You can even make almond, rice or soy milk with it. Simply soak the nuts or rice in clean water for about 24-48 hours in your fridge before extracting the liquid with the juicer. Add your choice of flavoring and TADA! What I like most about the juicer is that it is easy to assemble and take apart; and cleaning only takes about 5-10 minutes.
